At Phelans Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
